BLYRELAY is in development and is not offered to the public.This page describes the current private testing stage only. A review by qualified counsel is still to be completed, and the page will be rewritten before any public or commercial availability.

Provider

BLYRELAY is provided by BLY LLC (trade licence no. 2433593.01, issued by Sharjah Media City (SHAMS); registered address: Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates), referred to here as “BLY”. Support: support@bly.ae. Privacy: privacy@bly.ae.

Private testing stage — no public service

BLYRELAY is software under development. Access is by invitation only and limited to BLY staff and authorised testers. It is connected only to Instagram accounts that BLY owns or controls. It is not offered for sale, there is no public registration, and nothing in these terms creates a commercial service commitment.

Receive-only use of Instagram

During this stage BLYRELAY only receives messages from Instagram; it sends nothing through Instagram or any other real account. It connects to Instagram only through Meta’s official APIs and webhooks, set up by the owner of the BLY account concerned. Use of Instagram remains subject to Meta’s own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

Authorised testers may use BLYRELAY only for testing, in line with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies and applicable law. They must not use it to send spam or unsolicited messages, to scrape data, to circumvent platform limits, to connect accounts they are not authorised to manage, or to enter real people’s information except what reaches a connected BLY account.

Staff accounts

Accounts are personal and created by invitation. Keep your password confidential and tell BLY at once if you suspect misuse. BLY may suspend or end an account at any time.

Availability

As software in development, BLYRELAY may change, contain errors, or be suspended or stopped at any time, and test access may be ended at any time.
