Who is responsible

What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- It does not ask for your details to explore the site.
- It loads its fonts, images and code from bly.ae itself, not from third-party font or tracking services.
The “Where are you taking your business?” field
When you describe your intent, the text is read by code running in your own browser, which matches it against keywords to reorder the page. It is not sent to BLY or to anyone else, and it is not stored. It disappears when you leave or reload the page.
If you then open the opportunity brief, your words are copied into the message field so you can edit them. They are sent only if you press Send to BLY.
The opportunity brief
When you press Send to BLY, the following is sent:
- your name, your email address and, if you add it, your company;
- your message;
- the intent and the capabilities you explicitly selected on the page, if any;
- your confirmation that you have read this page.
We use this information only to read and answer your request. It is delivered as an email to BLY’s mailbox, hosted by Zoho Mail, and kept there as correspondence. The website itself does not keep a copy in a database.

Hosting and security
The website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver the site and protect it from abuse, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, under its own terms. When you send a brief, your IP address is also used briefly, in memory only, to limit repeated submissions; it is not stored by the website.
